Professional model and pageant contestant who is best known for her appearances in a variety of showcases and competitions including Miss North Dakota and Miss America.
She began entering pageants at a young age, competing in the Little Miss North Dakota, Miss Pre-Teen North Dakota, and Miss Junior Teen North Dakota pageants. Prior and during her pageant experiences, she graduated from Brown University in 2016 with a degree in Business, entrepreneurship, and organizations. She was a member of the sorority Kappa Delta.
She was crowned the winner of Miss North Dakota in 2017 and the winner of Miss America in 2018.
She was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota. She is a distant relative of Victoria Woodhull, the first woman to run for President of the United States.
As a winner of Miss America, she is among the ranks of previous winners including Savvy Shields, Betty Cantrell, Kira Kazantsev, and Kirsten Haglund.
