Television star who earned her first major role portraying Maggie Huang in the series Damages. She has since earned regular roles on Minority Report, Billy & Billie, and Quantico.
She studied dance at Fiorello LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts but switched to acting when she enrolled in college.
Because she grew up around the world, she is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin.
Born in China, she lived many years in Bogota, Colombia before moving to New York in 1992.
She earned her big break originating the role of Liat in the Broadway revival of South Pacific alongside Matthew Morrison.
