Canadian Comedian and star of the 'Royal Canadian Air Farce', a comedy troupe best known for their radio and television series. She is one Canada's most notable Ukranian entertainers and she has won 15 ACTRA awards, a Juno, the MacLean's Honour Roll, and was among the first Canadians to be inducted into the International Humour Hall of Fame.
She went to the National Theatre School of Canada and acted in theatre productions in Ontario.
She speaks Ukranian fluently and her film roles have included an 18th-century innkeeper in the Ukrainian film Vid'ma, which was filmed in Kiev.
She divorced her husband, with whom she had one son with.
She worked with Kathy Bates in the film "Used People."
