Prime Minister of Cambodia from 1967 to 1968 who founded the Buddhist Liberal Democratic Party. He was also the President of the National Assembly in 1993.
He studied in Paris at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
He was an anti-communist resistance leader and was both the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Finance for his country.
He married and had seven children.
Like Lon Nol, he served as Prime Minister of Cambodia.
