He was born in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom and grew up in an orphanage there. He discovered his regurgitation ability at the age of four.
He has appeared on multiple other reality competition series such as Das Supertalent, Cesko Slovensko má talent, Italia's Got Talent and La France a un incroyable talent.
He lost his mother before they ever truly met. He met his maternal half-sister in 2007.
He has performed on the same bill as Comedian turned HBO political satirist John Oliver.
