American banda music singer who posthumously won the 2015 Lo Nuestro Award for Collaboration of the Year for the single "Te la Pasas." He performed with his band Tito y su Torbellino.
He began his career in music in 2002 after dropping out of high school. He was playing the accordion by age 14.
He was working on a debut film called El Filly as a Producer, Director, and actor before being murdered in a Chinese restaurant in Mexico.
He was born Tomas Tovar Rascon in Phoenix, Arizona and died at El Red Restaurant Ciudad Obregon, Mexico.
Espinoza Paz was featured on his award-winning single "Te la Pasas."
